CLUSTER RISE AND COCOA:

INM ingegneria with ETS Spa and eng. Nicola Longarini are winner of the competition: Executive design.

Eng Nicoletti has always supported the “EXPO”, in particular thanks to the Association “Giovani per l'Expo”.

Now, thanks to the Joint Venture with the Engineering Company ETS Spa, of high experience and professionality, young men are ready to give their contribute for the realization og this big event.

Young men are full of enthusiasm, with the ambition to be protagonist inside the event, that will be the occasion for Italy to be at center of the international interest.

Th will, that is guiding us, is not to disappoint the expectations and to be always available and humble, for looking to the future with the eyes of the sincerity and so GOOD WORK TO ALL FOR THE EXPO.

When the world’s largest oil exporter turns towards sustainability, there’s a clear message for the rest of the world that change is coming. Saudi Arabian investment in 76 new environmentally savvy construction projects is estimated to exceed US$26bn, with over half of those projects based in Riyadh.

With 1,350 “green” projects underway across the Middle East, nearly 80 of them are based in Saudi Arabia where only 150 Saudi engineers have specialised training in green buildings.

As a green building front-runner, the Kingdom is home to the fastest growing construction and projects market in the Middle East, with green building design and energy-efficient products and technology being driven by multibillion dollar spending from both the public and private sector – this offers exceptional opportunities in all sectors associated with green building and sustainable infrastructure and technology.

Il Tema che l'ing. Nicoletti andrà ad affrontare con un'approfondita disquisizione è :

La sostenibilità: principi, materiali, tecnologie.

Si presenteranno i principi guida della sostenibilità in riferimento alla moltiplicazione delle esigenze: lato cantiere, lato manutenzione, lato progettazione.

Dalla disquisizione sulla difficoltà di soddisfare esigenze multiple si presenterà la possibile risoluzione del problema in termini matematici e progettuali. intermini progettuali si presenterà una serie di innovazioni tecnologiche lato materiali fondamentali per raggiungere livelli dell'eccellenza per la sostenibilità ambientale. L'intervento verrà concluso con un ampia rassegna di esempi progettuali che possono rappresentare una bibliografia fondamentale sul tema: Green Building.
